My portable hard drive died. Mike came and collected from my home on a Saturday, informed me he downloaded all my data on the Sunday, then returned my hard drive and lent me his portable hard drive so I could triple check everything was there before copying back. Amazing service. Way over and above what you would expect. Highly recommend.
