Friendly. helpful and informative with enquiries and service . My iPhone charging point wasn’t working . It turned out that it was just blocked ( mysteriously ) with candle wax and it took 5-10 minutes to unblock it. There was no charge. It could have cost £70 for a new charging portal so I was very grateful. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Microsmith enough, quick and friendly responses, brilliantly priced, no question is too silly to ask them and it’s nice to have the personal touch of using a smaller business. My portable hard drive died. Mike came and collected from my home on a Saturday, informed me he downloaded all my data on the Sunday, then returned my hard drive and lent me his portable hard drive so I could triple check everything was there before copying back. Amazing service. Way over and above what you would expect. Highly recommend.
