Had an old slow laptop with out of date windows… After passing this over to Mike, and after he had tempered my expectations… I now have an old quick laptop with Windows 10 and have another 5 years of use!

Friendly. helpful and informative with enquiries and service . My iPhone charging point wasn’t working . It turned out that it was just blocked ( mysteriously ) with candle wax and it took 5-10 minutes to unblock it. There was no charge. It could have cost £70 for a new charging portal so I was very grateful. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Microsmith. My iPhone wouldn’t charge and thought it would need a new charging port. Took it to Michael who cleaned the port which solved the problem. There was no charge for this so an added bonus. Very fast turn around which is great when you rely on phones etc.

I haven’t had a great experience with this company as I’ve discussed over Facebook messenger for a part to be ordered to be replaced on my phone, I’ve confirmed for the part to be ordered (This was around mid July) and have tried to catch up since to see what was happening, I haven’t had any response at all, so I’ve been waiting two months for my phone part to be ordered- very disappointed with the service.

I am over the moon with the service I have received. I contacted Mike following three recommendations from others to fix my daughter’s iphone. The work he did was exceptional, refusing to give up until the problems with the phone were fixed …. and there were a lot of problems that would have tested anyone. In my opinion, he did far more than he charged me so I can say to anyone reading this that I am 100% confident you will not be ripped off. You will get more than your money’s worth. From now on, any computer/phone issues – even if it’s just a cracked screen – I will be using this company and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

My portable hard drive died. Mike came and collected from my home on a Saturday, informed me he downloaded all my data on the Sunday, then returned my hard drive and lent me his portable hard drive so I could triple check everything was there before copying back. Couldn’t recommend this service enough. I’ve got friends and family asking me to get in touch with Mike about their iPads, laptops etc because they’ve never heard a complaint. Several times he has been to mine or my grandparent’s house to drop off and pick up devices and anything he’s taken away to fix has always been delivered the next day. Extremely reasonable prices, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter had her Iphone 6s+ screen repaired. Fanatastic service, collected at 5.00 returned at 6.30. She is delighted and says the screen is faster than the previous repair and cheaper too. Also a freebie case and charger, would highly recommend. Will be back again I’m sure.
