Tech support questions
My laptop is very slow — can you fix it?
Yes. Slow laptops are usually caused by a failing hard drive, low memory, overheating or software problems. We diagnose the specific cause first and then recommend the most practical solution — which is often an SSD upgrade rather than a full replacement.
Can you recover files I accidentally deleted?
It depends on how the files were lost and how the drive has been used since. We can assess the likelihood of recovery and give you an honest answer before starting any work.
Do you help with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup?
Yes. We can install, configure and set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, including email, cloud storage and shared drives for home or small business use.
Can you help with a computer that will not turn on?
Yes — a computer that will not power on can be a tech support issue (software/boot fault) or a hardware fault. We diagnose both. See also our computer repairs page for hardware-specific faults.
