Samsung A12 Screen Replacement

What Was Wrong

The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a 6.5″ PLS TFT LCD display. The customer’s screen was heavily cracked with large portions of the display showing as black — the LCD panel underneath had been damaged by the impact, not just the glass.

The damaged screen assembly was carefully removed and replaced with a quality unit. Touch response, brightness, colour accuracy, and any dead pixels were all tested before the device was returned to the customer. The repair is backed by our 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
