Turned out to be a battery which they replaced and got it working with minimal fuss.All sorted inside 2 days of it first failing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My 7 year old ipad suddenly stopped charging. Investigated a replacement option but decided to try a repair first. Microsmith advised that they would open it up and diagnose the problem before trying a repair. Turned out to be a battery which they replaced and got it working with minimal fuss.All sorted inside 2 days of it first failing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Two lovely dogs too 😃
