Installed a new disc drive, re-formatted hard drive after a possible virus infection - also checked other drives, e. G. 'thumbnail' and external HD for virus/mal ware. Installed new OS software and a decent anti-virus suite. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but Mr. Smith took the trouble to sort out my problem and explain it clearly to me (a largely computer-ignorant character). I felt that the work was done properly - and I also felt much safer after it was done. Lastly, he didn't charge the earth for his work, but what I regard as a fair price.
